¡Sígueme!
What is Sígueme?
"¡Sígueme!" is a one-day event that brings Latinx high school students from surrounding counties to campus in order to experience a day in the life of a UGA student. Each "¡Sígueme!" participant, based on academic interests, is paired with a current UGA student. Participants will have the opportunity to attend classes, eat at the dining halls (lunch included), and take part in a mini engagement fair.

Who can volunteer?

Any UGA student who has paid their activity fee can volunteer. This is not exclusive to Latinx students.
What is the purpose of the event?

We want underrepresented students to experience a day in the life of a Dawg. We want to make UGA an option for everyone.
Do I need to pay dues to become a volunteer/member?

No need to pay any membership dues!
What is the time commitment?

You receive training through ELC, go to a training meeting, and volunteer on the day of the events (event is held once a school year).
